Motorola Mobility seems to have an itchy trigger finger because it already leaked (and then pulled but it was too late) a quite nice and revealing image of the Droid RAZR smartphone which is set to be announced later today. Codenamed Spyder, the soon-to-be-launched device runs Android 2.3, and has a durable Kevlar casing, a qHD (960 x 540) Super AMOLED touchscreen toughened with Gorilla Glass, a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera (for 1080p video recording), a front-facing HD camera, and 4G LTE support. The Droid RAZR will be offered by Verizon in the US. For more details check back a little later.
